1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) may be used for the same purposes. This policy explains how Untagged Property (operated by Untagged Limited) uses them.

2. Your choices

When you first visit, you can accept analytics, choose essential only, or open manage settings. Non-essential cookies (Google Analytics) are not set until you opt in. You can change your mind at any time:

3. Categories we use

3.1 Essential

Required for the site to work. These do not require consent under PECR where strictly necessary.

• Laravel session / CSRF: login sessions and form security
• Cookie preference: stores whether you accepted or rejected analytics (local storage)
• Security tooling on forms: see reCAPTCHA below

3.2 Analytics (optional — consent required)

If you opt in, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID configured on the server) to understand page views and site usage. We use Google Consent Mode defaults set to denied until you accept. IP anonymisation is enabled where supported.

3.3 Security — Google reCAPTCHA

On registration, contact, and some knowledge features we use Google reCAPTCHA (v3, and v2 where configured) to reduce bots and abuse. That loads Google scripts on those pages only. It is not used for advertising on our site.

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

4. What we do not use (currently)

We do not currently run separate marketing or advertising cookie networks on Untagged Property. If that changes, we will update this policy and the consent banner.

5. Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may stop login and forms from working. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google’s opt-out add-on.
